Ward 19

Contributes to RLR Centre Building

Portfolio Councillor for Community Services and Councillor for Ward 19, Iona Kritzinger last week  assisted with much needed maintanence of the RLR Centre building when she handed over a cheque from her R100 000 Ward Allocation.

As part of the R100 000 Wardbased projects for 2015/16,  every Ward Councillor receives an allocation of R100 000 to spend on community projects. The Ward Committee is responsible for assessing and deciding on which projects to assist. The RLR (which incorporates the Lions, Round Table and Rotary) is a Non profit organisation that falls under the umbrella of the George Service Clubs Utility Company.
