Tiny Tots becoming bus wise

A new generation of bus-wise tots is being raised in George. Numerous nursery schools, crèches and pre-primary classes have incorporated GO GEORGE into their transport curriculum, taking the little ones on a bus trip for practical experience.
GO GEORGE has staff ready to assist teachers in planning and arranging these trips so that the children may board a bus near their schools, if possible, and to fit in with the fixed bus schedule. A staff member or two will always accompany the groups to supply interesting information about the bus service and answer any questions. A very interesting question that came up with George Pre-primary's Grade R Yellow Class last week, was whether the cameras inside the bus will see if you pick your nose.
Anyone needing help with planning such an outing is welcome to phone the GO GEORGE Call Centre on 0800 044 044 or send an email to info@gogeorge.org.za.

Caption: The "red team" is actually George Pre-primary's Grade R Yellow Class, all excited and ready to go for their bus trip. Each child received a lanyard with a special card that reads, "I was on the GO GEORGE bus", as well as a GO GEORGE drawstring bag. On the right is teacher Collette Rossouw who clearly inculcated the GO GEORGE rules of conduct in the kids. All the answers were correct when she asked them about proper behaviour on the bus.

KLEINGOED WORD BUS-SLIM
In George word daar deesdae ’n nuwe geslag bus-slim kinders grootgemaak.
