Progress RVK vs Tygerberg RVK Saterdag by Rosemoor-stadion

Die eerste wedstryd in die Goue Beker Nasionale Klub-kampioenskap in George vind plaas op Saterdag 16 September tussen Progress RVK en Tygerberg RVK by die Rosemoor-stadion.
George Munisipaliteit Sport-afdeling ondersteun hierdie geleentheid en is ook betrokke by die logistieke reëlings van die geleentheid aangesien die Munisipaliteit die eienaar van die Sportgronde is.
Die Uitvoerende Burgemeester van George, Rdsh Melvin Naik, Rdsl Memory Booysen, Uitvoerende Burgemeester van Eden Distriksmunisipaliteit en mnr. Hennie Baartman, President van SWD Rugby, sal na verwagting die wedstryd bywoon.
Die hoofwedstryd tussen die twee swaargewigspanne begin om 15:00. Die hek van Stuurmanstraat, Le Vallia, word om 12:00 oopgemaak.
‘n Voorspel van o / 20's sal om 13:00 gespeel word. Volwassenes moet ‘n fooi van R20 betaal en kinder sonder 12 ‘n fooi van R10 om toegang tot die sportgronde te verkry.
Mnr Randal Geduld, voorsitter van Progress RVK, het die gemeenskap van George en die Eden-streek gevra om hulle Saterdag te ondersteun, aangesien Progress die Suid-Westelike Distrikte verteenwoordig in hierdie kampioenskap. Geduld het gesê dit is 'n groot dag vir Progress, aangesien hulle op hul tuisveld meeding.
Geen alkohol sal op die Sportgronde toegelaat word nie en die Suid-Afrikaanse Polisiediens sal 'n geen-verdraagsaamheid-benadering tot drank hê.

Progress RFC vs Tygerberg RFC Saturday at Rosemoor Stadium

The first match in the Gold Cup National Club championship in George will take place on Saturday 16th September between Progress RFC and Tygerberg RFC at Rosemoor Stadium.
George Municipality Sports Unit supports this event and is also involved in the logistics of the event as the Municipality is the owner of the Sportsgrounds.
The Executive Mayor of George, Ald Melvin Naik, Cllr Memory Booysen, Executive Mayor of Eden District Municipality and Mr Hennie Baartman, President of SWD Rugby are expected to attend.
The main game between the two heavyweight teams starts at 15:00. The gate from Stuurman Street, Le Vallia will be opened at 12:00. A pre-game by u/20’s will be played at 13:00.
To gain entry, a fee of R20 is payable by adults and a fee of R10 for children under 12.
Mr Randal Geduld, President of Progress RFC, asked the community from George and the Eden region to support them on Saturday as Progress is representing the South Westerly Districts during this championship.
Geduld said it is a big day for Progress as they are competing on their homeground.
No alcohol will be allowed on the Sportsgrounds and the South African Police Service will have a no tolerance approach towards drinking.
